  • Both members of each team must check-in at the registration desk at least 15 minutes prior to each match, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Teams arriving more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled match may receive a forfeit for that match, at the tournament committee's discretion.
  • All players are responsible for reporting the scores and returning the tennis balls to the registration desk at the Steeplechase Tennis Facility after matches.
